GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO EN EL CONTEXTO DEL CONSEJO TÉCNICO ESCOLAR DESDE LA NUEVA ESCUELA MEXICANA

Este artículo analiza las prácticas innovadoras que se realizan para la gestión del conocimiento: saberes docentes tácitos (intangibles) y explícitos (tangibles) en el Consejo
Técnico Escolar, en el contexto de la implementación del Plan de Estudio 2022. La indagación se realizó desde un enfoque cuantitativo y un análisis mixto de la información
arrojada por 1,450 docentes de educación básica. Se establecieron cuatro categorías de
análisis: movilización de saberes, planeación didáctica, liderazgo pedagógico, y tecnología
institucional y desarrollo de habilidades digitales. Los principales hallazgos muestran
que las dos primeras alcanzaron el valor más alto, y el más bajo la categoría tecnología
y desarrollo de habilidades digitales. Se concluye que la gestión del conocimiento en
la implementación del Plan de Estudio 2022 se encuentra en una etapa de desarrollo.
Abstract:
This article analyzes the innovative practices implemented for the management of knowledge: teaching knowledge tacit (intangible) and explicit (tangible) at the School Technical
Council, in the context of the implementation of the 2022 Curriculum. The research
was carried out from a quantitative approach and a mixed analysis of the information
provided by 1,450 elementary and middle school teachers. Four categories of analysis
were identified: knowledge mobilization, didactic planning, pedagogical leadership, and
institutional technology and development of digital skills as well. The main results show
that the first two categories reached the highest value, and the lowest value was reached
in the category of technology and development of digital skills. The authors conclude
that knowledge management in the implementation of the 2022 Curriculum is in a stage
of development.
