RETOS Y DIFICULTADES DOCENTES ANTE LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL PLAN DE ESTUDIO 2022 DESDE LOS CONSEJOS TÉCNICOS ESCOLARES

Este artículo analiza los principales retos y dificultades que enfrentan los docentes
de educación primaria en el estado de Tlaxcala para implementar el Plan de Estudio 2022 en los Consejos Técnicos Escolares durante el ciclo escolar 2022-2023.
Es un estudio cualitativo realizado mediante la técnica de entrevista grupal, a
profundidad. Los resultados refieren a los principales retos y dificultades que las
y los maestros manifiestan en la comprensión, apropiación y puesta en marcha
del Plan de Estudio. Los principales retos que enfrentan son: reivindicar su compromiso docente, asumir su autonomía profesional y una necesidad de formación.
Los obstáculos encontrados son: la sobrecarga administrativa, la ausencia del
plan y programas impresos y la información escalonada sobre los postulados de
la Nueva Escuela Mexicana.
Abstract:
This article analyzes the main challenges and problems faced by elementary
school teachers in the state of Tlaxcala to implement the 2022 Curriculum in the
School Technical Councils during the 2022-2023 school cycle. It is a qualitative
in-depth study carried out by means of a group interview technique. The results
show the main challenges and difficulties that teachers express in the understanding, appropriation and implementation of the 2022 Curriculum. The main
challenges they face are: asserting their teaching commitment, assuming their
professional autonomy and the need for training. The obstacles they faced are:
excessive management, the absence of the printed plan and programs, and the
limited information on the postulates of the New Mexican School.
